Going over 5 employees
Inviting your 6th employee starts 14 free days on the paid plan, then billing. Drop back to 5 or fewer and the account is free again from the next renewal. Nothing is ever deleted.
Online payment isn't live yet. Until it is, every account stays on Free or its free trial and nobody is charged; paid billing starts when payments go live.

- Can I change plans later?
- Your plan follows your team: up to 5 employees is Free, and the next one starts the free trial. Online payment isn't available yet, so nobody is charged for now: accounts stay on Free or the trial, and paid billing starts when payments go live. Plan & billing in the app always shows where your account stands.
- Who counts as an employee?
- People in your own company who sign in to the account. Clients, suppliers, outside collaborators and other guests are free and unlimited, on every plan.
- What happens if I reach a limit?
- You are told which limit was reached. You can delete files, wait for next month's AI allowance, or add your own AI key. Nothing is deleted for you.
- Can I use my own AI key?
- Yes. The owner or an admin can add an OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or OpenRouter key in Account settings. With your own key the AI limits are removed and you pay the provider directly. The key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Not happy? Email support within 30 days of a payment and we'll refund it.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- With 5 employees or fewer the account is simply free. With more, a failed payment is retried for 14 days with emails, then the account becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted for it; an owner can export it at any time.
